Tucked away amidst the Warwickshire countryside, the PR2 is naturally secluded, giving you total privacy and an intimate setting for your special day. The boat has recently been refurbished and has a new modern, spacious and contemporary interior to match its exciting new seasonal menus. Head Chef Nelson Mansfield, who trained at London’s famous Claridge’s, creates mouth-watering dishes such as Seabass Fillet on Sweet Potato and Mango with Lemongrass and Chilli Butter; Rolled Leg of Lamb with Shallots and Apricot Stuffing; Honey and Lime Parfait with Berry compote and White Chocolate and Pistachio Mousse with Hazelnut Shortbread.
