Recipe & Method: Pour 15ml of Belvoir elderflower cordial, 35ml vodka (suggest raspberry flavour), 15ml Limoncello and 50ml lychee juice into a cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice, shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a floating rose petal.
