Q: In your book, you write that identifying your personal and emotional needs is critical to attracting the right people and opportunities into your life. Why is that?
A: It’s difficult, if not downright impossible, to be irresistibly attractive if you have unmet emotional needs. It doesn’t matter how much money you have or how good you look. People may be attracted to you initially, but if you haven’t fulfilled your needs, you’ll end up repelling them in the end. What people don’t realize is that all human beings have needs. If you don’t know what your personal and emotional needs are, then you are probably not as attractive as you could be, and working harder than need be to compensate.
Q: How do you find out what your emotional needs are?
A: I’ve designed a simple, organic quiz that you can take in about twenty minutes that will tell you your top four personal and emotional needs. Once you identify and learn how to fulfill those needs, you then automatically start using the same steps to fulfill all other needs too.
Q: You write about values being the ultimate “glue” in a relationship. 
A: Our values are what is most important to us, what inspires us. Some people have the value for travel, adventure, learning, creating, leading, inspiring, inventing, and so on. If you had plenty of time and money, this is what you’d want to wake up and do every day for the pure joy of it. It is what you are naturally drawn to do in life and what makes your life ultimately fulfilling. The best relationships are those that share values in common, so it makes sense to know what your top four values are and orient your life around them. As a bonus, living your values will make you irresistibly attractive to your mate as well!
