Simply post or email a photo of yourself – it can even be in your wedding dress – and their digital experts will alter it to show you what you could look like without those extra pounds.

The idea is you then stick your ‘slim’ photo on to the fridge or biscuit tin as a diet motivator to help you lose weight before the big day.
