DIY Happy Feet Pedicure

You will need: a foot soak with a foaming antibacterial wash, an exfoliating body scrub, a pedi paddle, a nail file, cuticle remover, massage oil, a foot mask, hot towel and a foot or body moisturiser.

Step 1. Soak your feet for 5 to10 minutes and wash with the antibac foamer.
Step 2. Use the pedi paddle to remove excess dry skin.
Step 3. Use the scrub and massage into both feet.
Step 4. Dry feet.
Step 5. File toenails.
Step 6. Apply cuticle remover to cuticles. Work with a cotton tipped orange stick to remove excess skin.
Step 7. Massage feet and legs with warm oil (can be heated in microwave for a few seconds). Option, add the essential oil of rosemary after heating.
Step 8. Apply a moisturising foot mask over the top cover the feet with plastic then wrap a warm towel around the feet and sit with your legs up for 10 minutes. Use the hot towels to remove the excess mask.
Step 9. Finish by applying a rich body cream.
Step10. Apply Polish.
