Im Diane 44 years old husband Derek 49 years old. We Have 3 great kids Daniel who is 24 Claire who is 21 and Liam who is 12.on the 28/07/84 we got married at hemel hempstead registery office at an alarming early hour of 10am.
That was the most wonderful day of my life the sun was so hot and not a cloud in the sky all day long.Our poor parents were kinda shocked when we gave them 9 weeks notice that we were getting married but we all got our heads together and organised a wonderful day.The only thing i would of changed about that day is that we didnt get married in a church and i missed walking down the isle towards Derek with my dad on my arm.Derek promised me if we made it to 25 years we could renwe our wedding vows in a churchthis time. and he has kept to his word.The past 25 years have flown by with its ups and downs along the way but we are very happy and realise that life is so very presious.Derek isnt just my husband he is my best friend and he would do anything he phyicaly could do for me and i have to say iam the same for him he loves me for me and the person i amand its Derek who has made me the person that i am.We have been blessed with 3 wonderful children so much of the children right now Danile and Claire are wonderful young aldults and who could be more proud of our kids than we are they are hard working and great people Liam our youngist is a very shy sencitve little lad always happy to please others and very much for his dad as in he is his best mate.Our beautiful daughter Claire is going to give us our first grandchild in march next year i have to say we have to be the most happyist people on this planet Claire and Mark have been together for 4 years now and Mark is a lovely guy who loves claire to bits They will make fabulous parents. Daniel has a lovely girlfriend Jodie who is lovely she is personality plus and loves Daniel to bits.
our family mean the world to us and haveing them around us on our renwing of wedding vows is the best thing i could wish for there very much involved in the day and with that and haveing our friends and family around us that day couldnt make us happier.
