I brought my bridesmaid dresses in October 2008 and recently my sisters/bridesmaids came round to try their dresses on again and one of them is still ok but the other one you cant do up (theres about a 1 inch gap) this isn't where shes put on weight, it's simply from where she has 'developed'. LOL! She was quite pleased about that. On Cloud Nine BUT i was not happy! Luckily i knew debenhams still did that dress and it still had all the tags on etc and so i had the cheek and took it back yesterday. i went in there and said that i brought this dress 2 weeks ago and needed to change it to a bigger size. they only had 1 of the size i needed! bonus! It's got to be done hasn't it! Tongue out

I got a dress for my flowergirl in the sale at Debenhams, it was exactly what I wanted with Rose petals in the netting but they were the wrong colour. As it was in the sale I decided to buy it and replace the petals with red ones. When I was paying for it I noticed it had a big flower missing from the back, there should have been one attached to the sash, anyway I thought I would mention it and got more money knocked off, so the dress had gone from £65 down to something like £37.50 which I thought was a bargain.

It was only when I got it home and tried it on my flowergirl that I wished I had got the age 4 instead of the 3 as there was still almost a year to my wedding.

So I went on the internet and bought the exact same dress for the £65 in the age 4, when it was delivered two days later I immediately swapped everything over (keeping the Flower for the back of the dress) and took it back to Debenhams. I told them that it wasnt what I wanted, it had looked different on the website.

Yes you guessed it, I had no problem in getting my £65 refunded and ended up with the right size dress complete with all the bits !

Oh I hope nobody works for Debenhams reading this, but I had to try it!!
