I might be easier and cheaper to get ivory dresses and a roll of ribbon, then you can add a sash to each dress!

Alternatively, a pale gold colour, champagne maybe, would look lovely too.

Have you tried, Debenhams, BHS and Marks?

Also monsoon. The high street can come up with some excellent dresses.

Other than that e-bay, go for handmade ones from china, from the expreience that friends have had these dresses seem to always be well made and great value.

Actually i am sure a few of the girls on here have done this with great results

I was browsing as I do and found this..

wedding-crafts

Its downloadable templates for your entire wedding stationery!! You pay for the download which ranges from £10 for the entire package or 1.80 for a wedding invitation and then you print off as many as you like on whatever paper you like... No having to buy a pack of 50 when you only need 40... And a pack of whatever card you want is usually cheap as chips...

I am sooo impressed with this one.. (does it show??)

with e-bay if you have an idea of what you want it doesn't always need to come from abroad. i knew that coast did the colour dresses that i wanted, so just kept an eye out and in the end managed to get 2 identical dresses, 1 brand new with tags, 1 worn once and already dry cleaned, cost me 1/4 of the price they would have been in coast originally! There are some definate bargains to be had, and lot's of people look to sell bridesmaid dresses after theyve worn them, but they are in very good condition generally. I also managed to get on e-bay a BHS flowergirl dress that i fell in love with but it was discontinued by the time I got round to ordering it. E-bay has been my saviour with keeping me under budget!
