my best friends mum has offered to do our cake for us as a wedding present..brilliant

so i showed my friend the style i want, but she was worried her mum might not be able to do it (we want a mad hatter style Smiles )
so i gave her a few images to show her mum and see what she said

her mum is making a mini cake today to see if she can do it...so now im all excited to see it lol

fingers crossed she can do it....otherwise im going to have to rethink the whole thing ekkk

ooh! How exciting! Big Grin

My mum is making my cake, but we'll probably keep it as simple as possible as neither of us are exactly skilled in sugarcraft! We can make passable roses but thats about it!

I'm intrigued by this mad hatter stle you mentioned! Make sure you post pics when you get some! Knife and Fork

Quick update...she got herself worried about doing it yesterday and decided she couldnt do a mini one....so instead, she has a cake competition next week so she is going to make a full sized one for that, combining a practice for us with her entry for the competition Smiles

ooohhh i hope she can do it Smiles
