Hi, We are having Sandy Jamieson marrying us, he sounded really nice on when I spoke to him but I was worried about the type of service. I'm glad to hear you are happy with the rundown of the service. Does he allow time for a wedding reading by one of the guests Wave

Hi Jules, You mist have booked a registrar which is why you dont know who you are having.

We were advised by a lady at the Mill to go for a Religious service by Sandy Jamieson, she said his service was very good and not too religious, no hymns or anything.

yes I think the Mill do sort it out for you. We were given a list of ministers/vicars and had to contact them to arrange everything. We still have to arrange for our own forms etc.

Bet you had a great time at Take That.

Let me know if your chair sashes arrive, Im glad we have a spare room the amount of stuff we have stashed away Thumbs up

Hey all,

In response to the above query, I think I mentioned we were a bit worried about the service and so we called Sandy (yeah, he did sound really nice and chilled on the phone!) and we asked him about it. He sent us to his website (http://lighthousechurch1.com/index.html ), on the right hand side if says 'Downloads' and then 'Order Of Service'. He said this is an example and we could call him and he will amend it to fit with what we wanted and so I am sure you can put readings etc in. I was most worried about the level of the religious bit if you know what I mean but I think it is perfect for what we both want.

We were going to go for a registrar but was also told that Sandy is relaxed, cheaper, not too full on religious, flexible and a much nicer service - I'm really excited. :-)
