I got thinking about this after reading an article on the homepage.

I'm thinking I'll do a detox the month before the wedding (with a weekend off for my hen do! Drunk ) to reduce stress and bloating and improve skin etc

So far the things I've thought of to cut out/down are:
- salt
- tea/coffee
- fizzy drinks
- alcohol

Any suggestions?

How about;

*Increase fruit and vegetables
*Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day (more if you drink alcohol
*Exercise for 30 minutes a day
*Have a full body scrub once a week (exfoliating gloves are great)
*Use a body brush to improve circulation and get rid of corned beef legs!
*Start taking a vitamin supplement to help with hair skin and nails?

thanks Mandy - some good ideas there, especially drinking lots of water and doing the body scrub!

Wonder if I should cut down on chocolate too, does anyone knoe if the old myth that it gives you bad skin is true?

Hahaha Wink not sure about that one but we know its been medically proven to relieve stress and make you feel better (if its dark chocolate its better for you Hahaha )

I don't even like chocolate but we are studying it in health and fitness

Rolls eyes

I started my 'bridal bootcamp' personal training sessions last Saturday. I want to make sure my arms are toned for the big day as I am wearing a strapless dress and don't want bingo wings.

Was considering having my teeth whitened too. I want to give up coffee but at the moment I have no reason to. If I have my teeth whitened then you're not allowed to drink coffee!

As for buffing and puffing I think I will get the old body brushes out.

J Thumbs up
