I used that foot scrub the other day. It's really good, just don't do it sitting on the bathroom floor and then try to get to the bath without getting it all over the floor, as you may fall over.

Not that I fell over of course.....I'm a grown up

I have a top foot scrub tip actually! Mix some olive or almond oil with ordinary table salt or caster sugar. Pour into sandwich bags. Pop feet into sandwich bags and secure with elastic band round your ankle. Then squish and rub your feet away inside the bag while read a book by the bath or something. Your feet get a good exfoliation without all the mess, and it's so cheap to do!

But, similar to what rhea says, don't then attempt to stand in the bath to rinse your feet off. Oil and bathtubs = bruised knees. Hahaha

That sounds lovely Seona!

Here's my foot scrub. Go to the beach, paddle in the water. Sit on the shore where the sand is wet and rub sand all over your feet (and rest of body if you want). Get back into the water and put some foot cream on when you get home. Gets rid of all the dry skin and cracked heels and doesn't cost a penny!
