Sounds lovely, MrsGayle, quite tempting to give them a try as they sound so natural looking.

I am always reluctant to have anything that doesn't look real - for example I've never worn false nails and my friend who's a trained beautician tells me they are REALLY bad for your real nails. I've been disappointed with my nails as they kept flaking and breaking, so I can't really have the pretty French manicure I wanted for my wedding day. I was planning to have loads of stuff done but can't afford it as I'm out of work at the moment. So everything has to be DIY! Big Grin

Yea false nails are really bad!! but im getting it done for the day so they look perfect! then i will take them off. I used 2 get them done but i always have strong nails so they didnt damage much but once they grew out they were fine!

Liz - sadly between my 2 sisters..one is happy and pregnant...and the other practically married with 2.4 children... so bang goes my family Smiles Smiles hehehehe....

Mrs Gayle - nice to hear some good feedback about the falsies... i'm going to ask the make up artist when i go in which she thinks i should go for.... i'm wasn't overly fussed on attaching things to my eye-lashes but when i saw a girl wearing a particular set they just looked striking in a natural way.....i am DEFFO going to try them... i'll try get some pictures when i get them done x

Just wondering if anyone wore false lashes on their wedding day? I've seen some STUNNING natural looking lashes that would look fantastic for the kind of look I want.. but i have 2 issues...

1. that i'm in Cyprus with the heat (though not sure that would make a difference?!).

2. that i know i'm going to be a blubbering thing... do they last with all the tears?

I can't say i've ever worn them so don't really know the answer? any experiences would be welcomed! Thanks x
Hi Foxy Wave

I wore false eyelashes on my wedding day and they looked so natural no-one even noticed that they were false Thumbs up and they lasted the whole day and night! i can't remember the name of them but i bought them from Boots and they were around 10.

and this is the best close-up side view of the lashes

i hope your trial goes well, good luck Thumbs up
