I think this is such an amazing thing to do on your wedding day. I know lots of us have had collections for charity or given brooches as favours, but this is in a whole different league! I hope John and Chrissy are having a great day and have a wonderful married life. Groom Bride On Cloud Nine

Thanks Seona..It was a great day and we raised lots of awareness for this disease....

It was hepC that bought us together and we decided to give something back....The day would never have been as memorable if it wasn`t for the guest that came to share the day with us..lots was on treatment and not feeling well....

Anyone affected with Hepatitis C we do run a online forum to help and support others...this is a bit about the forum.

The Nomads is an online support forum for those affected by Hepatitis. Originally set up for HCV patients they have now included a HBV section on their forum. It is a valuable resource for information with items from the latest research, published papers on HCV, treatment and new drug trials. It can only be viewed by registering and all membership is free. It does focus on the social side of support and is a good place to find like minded people in a similar predicament. Carers and health professionals are also members and all are welcome.
