Don't panic! You can keep it really simple if you want to. If you can head into Glasgow or somewhere for the day find a Bobbi Brown makeup stand and ask for advice. They're great and won't go over the top. You don't have to buy anything.

And you don't have to wear makeup if you don't normally. You could just go for a bit of powder to take shine away.

I agree with Aimz in regards to the black eyeliner. I love eyeliner and will be sure to use it on my day!
Luckily one of my close friends is a make up artist so we are having a few trials before hand, but only for her to really do my base and possibly eyes, there are some bits that i love doing myself like mascara, no matter how professional anyone is, i wouldnt trust anyone with my mascara. and if she wasnt around i probably would do my make up myself, no one knows how to make yourself look natural more than you do!

Absolutely 100% agree with you about applying mascara Thumbs up

Nobody can apply my mascara like I can, thats not to say it looks great all the time but I'm much happier doing it myself Big Grin

I'm going for a makeover thing with MAC as i LOVE MAC! I know what i want just the base really, I'm also going to get samples from Lancome as they have a new foundation out thats meant to be awesome, just being cheeky really!

My make up will be natural ish, just a slick of a navy (50's style eyeliner) and a bit of lip gloss... just got to get practising the flick!!!!

My friend refused to apply my mascara! She says it's too hard to do it on other people and also kind of gross.
