My family are spread all around the country and I don't speak to them very often so WP is an ideal way of making sure they can all keep up to date on the wedding plans.

It's also good as you can add web links to diff useful things such as accomodation links and stuff to make it easy for people to find information.

WP rocks! Big Grin

We were looking for a green alternative. We also have a tonne of friends who spend their work lives online and at home as well, so we thought that they'd use a website easier than they'd keep paper (they are HOPELESS with the old fashioned stuff)

It's easier to update a wedding path, changes of plan are easy to do, and with the online RSVP, keeping a record of people's email addresses is a great way to email a round robin saying 'Please go on the site - changes to...' if required should anything go wrong (I'm such a back-up-plan girl)

It's really made my life easier and it saves wasting so much paper in this online age.

The site also provides an excellent resource of photos and an opportunity to introduce everyone before the day - which in my opinion is invaluable as we have people coming from Spain, Norway, Argentina , Scotland, Germany, Iraq...you get the picture

Wedding path forum talk has saved my sanity! I thank you

It's fab for me as I have people coming from all over (Ireland, Los Angeles, Mexico, Britain and of course various parts of Spain). It's been an advantage to be able to set up 2 sites, one in each language and put them on the invitations. I don't know how many people have actually used the site to find out info, in theory they should but some people are not internet friendly yet... I keep getting email saying 'how much is a double room in the hotel' or ' what's the best car hire company' and it's like LOOK ON THE SITE!!! It's great fun to set up too and I know my brother will be using it for his up and coming wedding.
Thanks WP.

why???? because it is so personal to the couple, I like others have family further afield than Scotland so they as well as people who live close can just have a peek whenever they want without having to say so what you up to with plans....when really they just asking out of politeness and this was they can say had a peek at your site plans coming on great... Hahaha

also the forum is wonderful.....I love all the gals ( and Jamie Big Grin ) and most of the time im giving help and advice but know when I have the odd rant they all there for me and understand...how do B2B cope without the release of weddingpath forum....its my 2nd family Big Grin
