The Complete Wedding Organiser and Record
Carole Chapman
Foulsham
8.99

The Complete Wedding Organiser and Record was suggested to us by one of the brides on our forum. The aim of the book is 'to avoid any problems'. Does it cut the mustard or cut the cheese?

This book is just packed full of information - at over 250 pages, it is definitely the kind of book that you keep around as a resource. You will probably have a browse at first and then come back to chapters to read in detail. It also has detailed planning checklists to fill in yourself so keep your pen handy.

The Complete Wedding Organiser and Record covers areas such as 'Preparing for life together', which has a great selection of questions you will want to discuss with your h2b/b2b before you take the plunge. It covers the sort of things you really should discuss upfront to save aggravation later. Chapman then goes on to discuss engagements, the ceremony, the honeymoon and everything involved in them. It is full of great suggestions, information and really is a very useful publication. A true encyclopedia of all things wedding-related.

I cannot find fault with the areas this book covers - simply excellent. The only critique I have is that the type is crammed in (the typeface of the lettering is quite squished together) and it makes the presentation a little daunting. That said, it is really a book to browse and get information from - and if they had spread the type out more it would probably of run to several hundred pages!

A great resource, if you haven't got a planning book then definitely consider this one.

I have this book and it's excellent! I got a second hand one from Amazon which was in good condition.

It's very useful indeed and covers everything. I must agree that the layout could be better, but it's still money worth spent!

I think this book is fab! I got it just after I got engaged and it has really helped me with each stage of the planning. This was the first wedding book I read and it is probably the best too.
I read the whole thing through and then went back to each section as and when I needed to.
I would recommend it as it is cheap aswell as helpful!

No it is no problem - thanks for spotting them. Sometimes when I add a symbols like quotes they seem to get change to question marks.
