ive suffered with depression since i was 12, i still have it now and to me it sounds like depression i had to see 4 diffrent doctors before one of them believed me some doctors dont like telling ppl their depressed because then they mite have to prescribe anti-depressants which there tryin 2 cut down on.

anyway to get to the point i went to human givens its £50 a session but it can last all day and you may only need one session (i had two and i felt a million times better) they can help you with anything! they are brillant, they teach you to lock away your problems and forget them it sounds hard to believe but it works so well, and you dont actually have to them them everything (the things you lock away you think about in your mind or you can say them out loud)

please look into it i no its an expense but its worth it to give you your life back and help you.
