Hi, can anyone help, i really hate my yellow teeth so its stops me from smiling in full, but i cant afford to get my teeth professionally whitened so i'm going to get some stuff you can get from boots.H

as anyone tried any ? any one reccomend stuff that doesnt ruin your teeth.

I will only be using it a few weeks before the wedding and not aagni so hopefully it wont damage them.

Thanks Wave

I had a sample of teeth whitening stuff from the Wedding show, I'm not sure if I still have it, it was about 100 for 3 treatments (you do yourself, at home) I'll see if I at least have the info! You put like this stuff on your teeth the put a plastic cover on them for like 10 mins, then dah da!! i think you do need a few treatments before you see any real results!

Hope that helps!

Depending on how yellow your teeth are this may or may not work for you...
You can get teeth whitening systems from Asda for around 5/6. You put the whitening solution on your teeth - it comes in a small bottle with a mesh top and you just move it over your teeth until it coats your teeth, then you put the whitening gel on the gum shield and then put it on your teeth for about 10mins. If i remember correctly you use the whitening tootpaste provided next. Gives you a shade chart and recommends you do this everyday over 2weeks. This worked for me, although my teeth werent really yellow to begin with (luckily,i dont smoke, drink tea/coffee/wine etc).

Also i found Pearl drops whitening tootpaste for smokers good.

Hi there,

I discovered the proper stuff that all the American's use when I went to the Us last year, it's Crest White Strips, google search their UK address! It really is a fantastic system far better than all of those gels and gum shields and really really works! After a week you'll have a smile like Jessica Simpson! It's 50 a pack and there's enough strips to share with your other half! Its worth every penny.

Best wishes, AnitaB

*smile*

As a smoker, I have tried all the 'tried and tested' methods to get my teeth white.

Today, I found this:

Lazer treatment to whiten your teeth.

Has anyone done this? I am seriously concidering it at this stage!
