hope i not stolen your thunder just thought i would get this weeks thread on the go...and i am soooo Boiiiiiiing

cos this week i have lost 2.5lbs. so am not 1lb ligter than before christmas .. didnt think i wuold get those christmas lbs off so fast!!
definately on a mission now i habve got less than 7 months... any one work out how many more weigh ins i have got ??

Slimming world is going well so far but wont be weighing in till next week. I'm suprised at how well i'm doing actually (its only been 4 days but still thats good for me) Keep picturing my dress everytime I think of crisps & chocolate & walk away have an apple instead.

a pound not bad at all... remember ltos of the clubs tell you you should be losing between one and two... any more and you are at risk of putting it on faster!

I have lost 2lb again this week so 4 in total since xmas!

I hope i can keep it up got around 20 weeks til the wedding!

Have really increased my excercise as dieting along just doesnt work for me! I am doing areobicss on monday, Spinning on a tuesday, swimming on a wednesday and sunday!

I'm spending more time at the gym than at home lol but just keep thinking about that dress and its all the motivation i need!!
