Anyone tried the new Dance Floor Workout one? The one that has different routines to old disco classics - I MUST get one and it looks fun!

At least with this one I can enjoy the music after I've taken the DVD out of the box, wavered, put it back in the box and sat back down on the sofa to commence my virtual work out Smiles

Wave

mrs reed2b the strichtly come dancersize is my second favourite would love to hear what you think about that one!!!

think im going with the davina one, like that fact there are different stages to it, so once bored can start following someone else!!!

oh roll on pay day when i can buy one!!!

m often look at the gym balls but im sure that i will spend more time rolling of it than staying on it excercising Hahaha

Wave

I have the davina workout and the davina power of 3 and they are great.

I also have nell mc andrews hardcore stuff but great for a weekend when you have more time.
I also have the hotpants work out... rubbish but good for the stomach as you laugh so hard! Big Grin

Fitness for all seasons is really cheesy but good if you are just starting out.

sorry a bit addicted to them but it is so much cheaper than the gym Hahaha

The Strictly Come Dancersize Fitness dvd is fab & really gets you out of breath bcus its so hard to keep up with them they go so fast. it is good fun though if you keep at it & learn the dances think it will be a great workout
