anyone tried out any of the fitness videos that are about at the moment? Has anyone found one that really does work? looking at doing on three times a week gym is out of the question as too pricey!!! lol

also anyone know where we can pick up a cheap treadmill from?

i have bought natalie cassidy's one, havent got round to trying it yet, but hopefully will tomorrow as been dancing everynight this week, but she looks fab and if she can...we can!

i seen davina mcall on gmtv the other day and she looked fab. she has one, had two other people with her, one doing the beginners, one the ok fitness one and her doing 'ouch this is really going to kill tomorrow' routine Hahaha

I've bought Kirsty Gallagher and Nell McAndrew's old ones from Morrison 2 for a fiver. Bargain.

Haven't tried them yet, not had the chance, will let you know when I do Smiles

i bought natalie cassidy's too- she looks amazing now you can really see a difference. I have watched the dvd to see what i have to do, it looks pretty intense but i reckon once you have done the moves a couple of times i will pick it up... if i ever get round to doing it!

I've got Vicky Entwistle's (Janice Battersby from Corrie) and it's really good! I could feel it working straight away. The first time I did it I was really sore the next day Hahaha

HI! I bought Davina's DVD and have done it 4 times now (just two sections each time)It is quite tough but you can feel its working. Would def recommend it! Clap

hi girls have done natalie cassidy's this morning and it seems realy good. really felt it working anf by god did i sweat!

My sister bought Strictly come dancersize we had a look at it yesterday & it looks fab its not your normal aerobics they teach you to do the cha cha cha, samba, salsa, quickstep and Jive
We did a little bit yesterday & it really gets you in a sweat so we're doing that 2moro night x
