I applied Dove-type daily moisturiser/tan lotion for a few weeks before the wedding. I had all my waxing done on the Wednesday (wedding on Sat) then left it 48 hours before applying Piz Buin foam on the Friday night before going to bed.

Definately leave it at least 24-48 after waxing before getting a fake tan, esp if you have sensitive skin. But ask your beauty therapist if you are unsure hon, everyone is different Little Kiss Heart

I'd agree, you should was a couple of days before tanning. Otherwise you might loose some of the tan in the waxing process.

I had all mine done professionally (i'm rubbish at doing these things myself and have dead sensitive skin) and the timetable was (for a Friday wedding):

2 wks before wedding - Highlights in hair (allowed hair to settle but ensured roots weren't showing!)
Tuesday - Wax (legs, bikini etc) and Pedicure (have to have pedicure before tan as feet were soaked and this would have taken the tan off).
Wednesday Evening - Spray Tan
Thursday Morning - Shower off excess tan and last hairwash before wedding (hair had to be a bit mucky to help the hairdress get it to stay up)
Thursday Evening - French Manicure

And after i'd had my tan i didn't cleanse, tone or moisterise again because that would have taken the tan off my face (skin was awful for about 3 weeks after the wedding - but well worth it for the overall healthy glow Big Grin )

Sorry - i know that was dead detailed! Smiles
