In true procrastination style I tried on my wedding dress just now for what may be the last time ever. I thought I'd better do it now before it doesn't fit me anymore, and it was a bit tight.
This was the first time I put my dress on since the wedding and I was quite disappointed. Without the excitement of the wedding coming up it was just sad to have it on.
Having said that, it is still in good nick but still don't know what to do with it. Back under the bed it went....

Ah, I tried mine on the other week and couldn't do it up myself, so it was a bit weird. Just keep your dress stored well and you don't have to think what to do with it. It can just be a lovely memento of the day. You can always get dressed up on anniversaries (maybe not the next one!) to remind you of the day.

I'm now having visions of you in your dress carrying the baby in a matching sling (the kind that keep the baby strapped to you)!

I've just ordered a proper box to put my dress in to store and I felt quite sad just looking at it (obviously it won't fit me at the moment Hahaha

). It brought all the memories of the day flooding back and like you said, I felt really sad actually that I'll never wear it again at my wedding!
